Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Clubhouse on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, starting at 7.00pm.

Only club members may attend and vote.

As set out in the club constitution, the business of the meeting is:

To elect a General Management Committee including a Chair, Treasurer, Secretary.
To receive and approve the report from the Honorary Treasurer.
To receive and approve the chairperson’s report on the work of the committee in the previous year.
To discuss any resolutions that have been submitted to the club Honorary Secretary no fewer than fourteen days before the AGM. In this cycle, the deadline for submission of resolutions is November 12, 2025.

Notes
The General Management Committee shall consist of at least five and no more than eleven members (including Officers and the Club Safeguarding Officer).

Anyone wishing to stand for any General Management Committee position to be elected at the AGM must submit their interest to the Hon Secretary by email no later than 14 days before the AGM. In this cycle, the deadline is November 12, 2025. Members looking to be nominated for the General Management Committee will require a proposer and seconder who must be current club members.

The full agenda will be published no later than ten days before the AGM. In this cycle, the deadline for publication of the agenda is November 16, 2025.
