Taunton School has a fantastic opportunity available for young sport stars wanting to improve their speed in their chosen sport.

This Easter their popular programme of Speed Camps returns with the school's Director of Rugby, Mr Nic Sestaret.

"Speed and agility are key to success in any sport as all children know", said the former Toulouse and Exeter Chiefs professional.

"Children want to excel with their sport but they do not know enough about what training they should be doing.

"Young athletes under-train their speed and under-achievement between ten to 18 years can never be fully overcome.

"Athletes will never reach full genetic potential if they don't develop their speed".

The courses are for boys and girls, aged ten - 18, who compete in any sport.

All the courses are taking place at Taunton School on the following dates:-

Seniors- Ages 14-18 years: March 29th and 31st.
Juniors - Ages 10-13 years: March 24th and 31st.

Times are 09.30am-12pm and the cost is £20 per day.
