After a scare at the start of the match with the fall of 4 early wickets, the team recovered well with Sam and Angus proving to be the mainstay of the innings, scoring steadily and allowing the score to accelerate throughout the second half of the innings, helped in no small part by over 50 extras and a quickfire 30no from Zac at the end to finish on 170/6.

Our tidy bowling was too strong for Trull and wickets fell regularly before being bowled out for 79 in just over 13 overs, with all bowlers taking wickets.

Well done to joint players of the match, Angus and Sam, who went into bat with the pressure on, and rescued the game, Angus with 23 not out and Sam retiring on 30 not out.
