Solid start, picking off runs but crucially seeing off the Taunton A attack without losing a wicket giving the team what turned out to be a vital platform to go on.
216 -2 after 8 overs : George Gray (4 runs, not out) & Archie Evans (5 runs, bowled x 2). Tough introduction for George, running well and preserving his wicket. Archie Evans was solid but got 2 good deliveries to bowl him out.
223-5 after 12 overs : Brogan Flitton ( 16 runs, 1 x out) & Tom Brown (5 runs, caught out). Brogan and Tom tried to accelerate the run rate, but good bowling and fielding, 2 wickets and a suicidal run out undid the hard hitting!
236-7 after 16 overs : Isaac Finch (16 runs, not out & Eddie Carrillo ( 9 runs, bowled x 2). Second highest partnership, behind the openers, with some good running keeping the scoreboard ticking over.
The score of 236 meant that TD Dynamos would need to be on their toes in the field to protect this score.

Good all round performance in the field, with improved catching, ground fielding and throwing, creating Run Out chances and making Isaac's life as Captain a lot more relaxed.
George had a good debut in the field chasing and throwing well, and taking a catch. Pick of the bowlers Archie and Brogan. Thanks go to James Baker, who came as Reserve and got a game for Taunton A(!), and to Ben Smith for coming down to support and having a net!
